There are many, many people involved in the transfer of real estate. From the buyer, seller, lender(s), real estate brokers, title agent, judges, heirs, inspectors, appraisers...the list goes on. We all have a role and responsibility to reach one goal- the successful transfer of real estate from one party to another.

The transfer is one goal but there are many more goals during and after. Knowing the role of all parties and what is expected of each is how a real estate agent helps to support cooperation and a smooth transaction.
